TNPSC Group 2 Prelims Result 2025 (Out): How to check at tnpsc.gov.in



Along with the preliminary examination result, the Commission has also published the list of register numbers of candidates provisionally admitted to the main examination for Combined Civil Services Examination-II (Group-IIA Services) on the basis of preliminary examination held on September 28, 2025.

TNPSC Group 2 Prelims Result 2025: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) released the Group 2 preliminary exam result on December 22. Candidates who appeared for the exam are now waiting for the result to be released can check it on the official website tnpsc.gov.in. The official answer key and response sheet was released in September.

The result PDF contains the registration numbers of the candidates who have passed the preliminary stage and are now eligible to appear for the main examination. The admission list, titled "List-Main Examination", confirms the candidates selected for the next stage of the recruitment process.

 


1. Visit the official TNPSC website:

2. On the homepage, look for the link related to Combined Civil Services Examination – II (Group II/IIA Services) under the Result tab.

3. Select the link which mentions TNPSC Group 2 Result 2025 or Admission List for Main Exam.

 

4. The result will be displayed in PDF format containing the register numbers of the candidates who have qualified. Download and save it for reference.

 

5. Open the PDF and find your register number to confirm whether you have been shortlisted for the main examination or not.

TNPSC has also shared details regarding the main exam schedule. The main examination will be held on February 8, 2026 and will consist of two papers
